Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email.

A: Please check your Spam Folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact us.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! Please contact us and let us know what you would like to order and we will send you an invoice via email.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to process?

A: All orders take 3-5 business days to process. Once shipped, your package will take about 2-5 business days.

 

Q: I'm a local artist who also creates dark art. Can I sell my art in your shop?

A: Yes. 

If your artwork fits our dark theme, we're always looking to showcase local artists and artisans through our Consignment Program. For more information on submitting your artwork for consideration please contact us. 

 

Q: Did the preserved specimens die of natural causes?

A: Yes. 

All specimens are collected ethically sourced animals, insects and preserved animal and human specimens. We want you to know that we have gone out of our way to make sure that everything carried in Little Shop of Horrors was collected and/or died in humane conditions.

We strive to showcase all processes of life and occasionally we will carry items that were stillborn or that died shortly after birth from natural causes. Others come from areas where certain animals are much more common than they are here.

It’s important to mention that we do not support the trade of any endangered animals nor do we support any type of cruel practices.
